Meet The Agent-Charlotte

Charlotte E. Hooks is an Allstate Agency Principle. Owner of Hooks Insurance Agency Inc established September 1, 2007. She employees 13 Licensed Sales Agents. She has received several awards for her Sales Performance such as Pinnacle Elite, Chairman’s Conference, Presidents & Regional Conference, she was inducted into the Allstate Century Club in 2014 & 2015 based on her exceeding her Financial & Life Insurance Sales. She served on the Allstate Advisory Board for the State of Florida in 2015 & 2016. Charlotte currently serves on the Allstate District Growth Council since 2022.

On July 1, 2021 Charlotte purchased an existing 50-year-old Allstate Agency. That agency is a pillar in the West Palm Beach Community that had 4 employees.

On June 1, 2022 Charlotte purchased a 3rd Allstate Agency in the Boynton Beach area that is a pillar In the community for 33 years.

Currently, Charlotte holds a 220 Property & Casualty General Agent License, a 215 Life Health & Variable Annuity License, FINRA Series 6 & Series 63- A security license to sell mutual funds, variable annuities, and insurance products.

Charlotte was born in Pensacola, FL and moved to De Funiak Springs, FL at the young tender age of 5. She is a product of the Walton County School System in De Funiak Springs, FL. She completed high school from Walton Senior High School in 1983. Charlotte received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman College (now University). Let go Wildcats!

Charlotte is a Silver Star member of Zeta Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. located in West Palm Beach, FL. She pledged at Bethune Cookman College in the Spring of 1985. She is a member of Christ Family Worship in West Palm Beach, FL.

In her spare time, she enjoys Miami Heat Basketball, BCU football, The Miami Dolphins, traveling, shopping, and spending valuable time with family and friends. Charlotte reaches personal fulfillment in giving back to the community- lecturing to various groups on Insurance products and Financial services. Charlotte is a member of Bethune-Cookman University Palm Beach County Alumni Association. She was born in Pensacola, FL. She is the youngest of three siblings of Mary W. Hooks and Coy Hooks (deceased).
